Last amendments on ICS Class Technical instructive (MLC, ISPS, ISM, and HSSC)

  1. PO02-TI08 for ISPS Code (Version 2, 11-2020) entry into force January 1,2021. Technical Instructive PO02-TI08-Statutory Certification for ISPS Code (ISSC), version 01 (05-2020) has been revoked.
    1. Section 0 “Content” has been included.
    2. Annex 2 “ISPS Code Certification Scenarios-Requirements for Panamanian ships” has been included.
    3. Existing Annex 2 and 3 have been renumbered to Annex 3 and 4, respectively.
  2. PO02-TI07 for SMC Ship (Version 2, 11-2020) entry into force January 1,2021. The  Technical Instructive PO02-TI07-Statutory Certification for ISM Code-Ship (SMC), version 01 (05-2020) has been revoked and Section 0 “Content” has been included.
  3. PO02-TI06 for DOC Company (Version 2, 11-2020) entry into force January 1,2021. The Technical Instructive PO02-TI06-Statutory Certification for ISM Code-Company (DOC), version 01 (05-2020) has been revoked and Section 0 “Content” has been included.
  4. PO02-TI09 for MLC, 2006 Convention (Version 2, 11-2020) entry into force January 1,2021. The Technical Instructive PO02-TI09-Statutory Certification for MLC, 2006 (MLC), version 01 (06-2020) has been revoked and Section 0 “Content” has been included.
  5. PO02-TI10-Surveys and Certificates under HSSC (Version 2, 11-2020) This Instructive shall enter into force forthwith. The Technical Instructive PO02-TI10-Surveys and Certificates under the HSSC, version 01 (06-2020) has been revoked and Section 0 “Content” has been included.
