A-This Procedure is intended to provide guidelines and requirements for ICS Class participation in investigations, records and studies of emergency occurrences with the aim to improve reliability of supervision items through enhancement of supervision methods, increasing the scope of supervision, making appropriate amendments and additions to the Rules and technical procedures, if necessary.

A-This Procedure is intended to provide guidelines and requirements for suspension, withdrawal and reinstatement of class to ships.

5-PO02-TI19 for Garbage from ships (Version 1, 10-2020)
A-The purpose of this Instructive is to provide guidelines and detailed Survey requirements to carry out the Statutory Certification of the ship in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1 of Annex V of the MARPOL 73/78 Convention and IMO Resolution MEPC.295(71)-2017 Guidelines for the implementation of MARPOL Annex V, as amended, including the issuance of the corresponding Statement of Compliance for Garbage Pollution Prevention from Ships (SOC/GPP).
